How to Reactivate Your Portal

Dear Student,

We have observed that your course fee payments to the Java Institute remain outstanding. Hence continuation of your graduate program is suspended until outstanding fees are settled in full.

However, if you are facing financial hardship, you may avail yourself of the facilities provided under the partnership between the Java Institute and TEMCO Banking Society Ltd., a member-based financial co-operative registered under the Co-operative Societies Act No. 5 of 1972 of Sri Lanka.

Through this partnership, you may access a student loan facility as a member of TEMCO Banking Society Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TEMCO Bank). Recognizing your aim to become an income earner upon graduation, this partnership was established to support you in securing a loan without the strict requirement of mortgaging property or providing other forms of collateral.

We understand that some of your course fee payments to the Java Institute have been irregular. To support you in continuing your graduate program, the Java Institute has partnered with TEMCO Banking Society Ltd., a member-based financial co-operative registered under the Co-operative Societies Act No 5 of 1972 of Sri Lanka.

Through this partnership, you may access a student loan facility as a member of TEMCO Banking Society Ltd (Hereafter referred as TEMCO Bank) . The Java Institute has agreed to support this arrangement by indemnifying your repayment, allowing you to obtain the loan without the need for a property mortgage. This loan will be issued directly to you, helping you gain valuable experience in managing credit responsibly for your future financial independence.

Steps to Reactivate Your Portal:

  1. Check your emails to find the application link for the student loan at TEMCO Bank.
  2. Once you complete the loan application, a temporary pay order will be issued to reactivate your student portal for 3 days.
  3. After submitting the pay order, your student portal will be reactivated for 3 days.
  4. Within this period, you must become a member of TEMCO Bank.
  5. You must sign the loan agreement with TEMCO Banking Society Ltd. to finalize the financial arrangement.
  6. If the agreement is not signed within 14 days, your portal access will be suspended again by the Java Institute due to non-payment.

This facility is available exclusively to members of TEMCO Banking Society Ltd., and the interest rate on the student loan is currently 6% per annum (nominal rate). Full details of repayment terms and conditions will be provided at the time of signing.

ජාවා ආයතනයට ඔබගේ පාඨමාලා ගාස්තු ගෙවීම් හිඟව පවතින බව අපි නිරීක්ෂණය කර ඇත්තෙමු. එබැවින් හිඟ ගාස්තු සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම පියවන තෙක් ඔබගේ උපාධි වැඩසටහන අඛණ්ඩව පවත්වාගෙන යාම අත්හිටුවා ඇත. 

කෙසේ වෙතත්, ඔබ මූල්‍ය දුෂ්කරතාවන්ට මුහුණ දෙන්නේ නම්, ජාවා ආයතනය සහ 1972 අංක 5 දරන ශ්‍රී ලංකා සමුපකාර සමිති පනත යටතේ ලියාපදිංචි කර ඇති සාමාජික-පාදක මූල්‍ය සමුපකාරයක් වන TEMCO බැංකු සංගමය අතර හවුල්කාරිත්වය යටතේ සපයනු ලබන පහසුකම් ඔබට ලබා ගත හැකිය.

මෙම හවුල්කාරිත්වය හරහා, ඔබට TEMCO බැංකු සංගමයේ (මින් ඉදිරියට TEMCO බැංකුව ලෙස හැඳින්වේ) සාමාජිකයෙකු ලෙස ශිෂ්‍ය ණය පහසුකමකට ප්‍රවේශ විය හැකිය. උපාධිය ලැබීමෙන් පසු ආදායම් උපයන්නෙකු වීමේ ඔබේ අරමුණ හඳුනා ගනිමින්, දේපළ උකස් කිරීම හෝ වෙනත් ආකාරයේ ඇපකර සැපයීමේ දැඩි අවශ්‍යතාවයකින් තොරව ණයක් ලබා ගැනීමට ඔබට සහාය වීම සඳහා මෙම හවුල්කාරිත්වය ස්ථාපිත කරන ලදී.

ඔබගේ සිසු ද්වාරය නැවත සක්‍රිය කරගැනීමේ පියවර:

  1. TEMCO බැංකුවේ ශිෂ්‍ය ණය අයදුම්පත්‍රයේ සබැඳිය සොයා ගැනීම සඳහා ඔබගේ ඊමේල් පණිවිඩ පරීක්ෂා කරන්න.
  2. ඔබ ණය අයදුම්පත්‍රය සම්පූර්ණ කළ පසු, ඔබගේ සිසු ද්වාරය දින 3ක් සඳහා නැවත සක්‍රිය කිරීම සඳහා තාවකාලික ගෙවීම් නියෝගයක් නිකුත් කරනු ඇත.
  3. ගෙවීම් නියෝගය ඉදිරිපත් කළ පසු, ඔබගේ සිසු ද්වාරය දින 3ක් සඳහා නැවත සක්‍රිය වනු ඇත.
  4. මේ කාල සීමාව තුළ, ඔබ TEMCO බැංකුවේ සාමාජිකයෙකු විය යුතුය.
  5. මූල්‍ය විධිවිධාන අවසන් කිරීම සඳහා TEMCO බැංකු සමිති සමාගම සමඟ ණය ගිණුමට අත්සන් කළ යුතුය.
  6. දින 14ක් ඇතුළත ගිණුමට අත්සන් නොකළහොත්, ගෙවීම් නොකිරීම හේතුවෙන් ජාවා ආයතනය විසින් ඔබගේ සිසු ද්වාරයට ප්‍රවේශය නැවත අත්හිටුවනු ඇත.

මේ පහසුකම TEMCO බැංකු සමිති සමාගමේ සාමාජිකයින්ට පමණක් ලබා ගත හැකි අතර, ශිෂ්‍ය ණයේ පොලී අනුපාතය වර්තමානයේ වාර්ෂිකව 6%ය (නාමික අනුපාතය). ආපසු ගෙවීමේ නියම සහ කොන්දේසි පිළිබඳ සම්පූර්ණ විස්තර අත්සන් කිරීමේ අවස්ථාවේ ලබා දෙනු ඇත.
